Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods. Return requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, unbroken packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products with broken seals.

The cost of the product will be refunded. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@mubyskin.com and include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transit and send it back to us within the return period.

The customer is responsible for the condition of the returned item until it is received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and approve the returned item. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the product if the return is handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and resolve the issue according to applicable consumer laws.

Uncollected or refused deliveries

If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

Return procedures and costs may vary by country. Please contact us for specific instructions if you are returning an order from outside Sweden.
